Cars now burn fuel. No hassle though: it's built to add a bit of realism without slowing you down.

How it works

• One full tank = about 25 minutes of driving (less if you floor it)
• Refuel without leaving your car: pull up next to a pump and press E. The tank fills in a few seconds
• $300 for a full tank ($3 per litre). Stop halfway and you only pay for what went in
• 27 gas stations across the map, from Los Santos to Paleto Bay

Good to know

• ⚠️ Reserve: below 15 L, the gauge blinks and the nearest station shows up on your minimap
• 🛢️ Jerry can ($120): 25 L to get you out of trouble anywhere, up to 2 cans in your inventory
• 🏍️ Bikes use less fuel, supercars and trucks a lot more
• ⚡ Electric cars never run dry
• 🚗 A stolen car only has what's left in its tank… check the gauge before you make a run for it
